the way we look to a distant constellation

I try to not post about the same thing in two consecutive entries, but it’s hard to do when ALL I’ve been watching and listening to is S&G-related, haha. Anyway, I posted another entry that I’ve been working on for a while, and since it’s not one of the more exciting ones, I’m ok with it just being filler between two Paul Simon posts, hahah.

So I found the following video the other day…It’s about the recording of Graceland (there are others too, like Who’s Next, Dark Side of the Moon, Disraeli Gears, etc.). It’s fascinating! All of Paul Simon’s albums are so well-produced and it’s awesome to see how many different elements can go into one song alone. I can’t believe I never really heard those backing vocals before…they are so obviously there! I love discovering new things in songs I’ve heard countless times. I really don’t think I will ever tire of Graceland…It is seriously one of the best albums ever.

Also, I had this saved in a notepad document and decided to do it because I was slightly bored:

Using only song names from ONE ARTIST, cleverly answer these questions. Pass it on to at least 10 people and include me. You can’t use the band I used. Try not to repeat a song title. It’s a lot harder than you think!
